JOHN
CAMPBELL
JOHN CAMPBELL entered the wireless industry as a consultant in 1994 with the responsibility for deploying cellular infrastructure across the east coast. Mr. Campbell and his firm provide project
planning, budgeting, contract negotiations, carrier coordination, and project management services involving Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) for facility owners around the United States. Past projects include universities, hospitals, sporting arenas, resorts, casinos, airports, and government facilities.
Recently, Mr. Campbell was the consultant coordinating a successful CBRS POC project combining
cellular service and an operating private network.
Mr. Campbell is often a guest speaker for universities, governmental agencies, and legislative committees. He holds an established advisory role with investment firms, Fortune 100 companies, and
leading OEMs.
Mr. Campbell has provided expert witness testimony involving litigation regarding
wireless infrastructure and industry best practices.
Mr. Campbell brings a clear understanding of the technical, contractual, and financial complexities of the current DAS market into each project.
DEBORAH
CROWLEY
Providing project management services for the deployment of wireless services, Deborah Crowley has 18 years of experience in contract negotiations with commercial carriers and the review of due diligence, including titles, engineering design, NEPA/SHPO, and other legal and regulatory documents. Ms. Crowley also oversees the firms contracting, accounting and compliance requirements. Deborah coordinates the firms’ resources so as to allow its members to deliver the maximum benefit to its clients
